We are a friendly, organised household in North London looking for a reliable, calm, and practical Housekeeper & Family Support Assistant to help keep things running smoothly at home and across a small number of nearby properties.
This role would suit someone who enjoys creating order, working independently, and being a steady presence in the home.
At Home
General housekeeping (cleaning, tidying, laundry) approx. 8 hours per week (2 x 4 hour shifts)
Light meal prep and batch cooking (simple, healthy meals)
Being a calm adult presence in the house during the day
Helping keep the household organised and running smoothly
Property Support
Light housekeeping for a small HMO (approx. 3 hours per week)
Occasional checks / cleaning support for a nearby rental property
Helping prepare properties between tenancies (when needed)
Optional / Bonus Tasks
Light computer-based admin (emails, checklists, scheduling)
Following simple systems and checklists
Helping coordinate cleaning or housekeeping tasks if the role grows
Trustworthy, dependable, and organised
Comfortable working independently
Enjoys housekeeping and keeping things orderly
Calm, friendly, and discreet
Happy to be around a home where a teenager is present during the day
Basic computer skills (email, simple documents)

BlueWood Pro is looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter / Joiner to support our growing workload, with an initial focus on door repairs, upgrades, and installations, and the opportunity to train and specialise in Fire Door installation and upgrades.
This role would suit a practical, detail-oriented qualified Carpenter or Joiner who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to develop a specialist skillset over time.
You’ll be working on a mix of domestic and small commercial jobs, including:
Core Work
Internal and external door repairs and replacements
Door adjustments, ironmongery, locks, and frames
General carpentry and joinery tasks
Fault-finding and remedial works
Specialist Development (Training Provided)
Fire Door inspections, upgrades, and installations
Fire-rated ironmongery and compliance work
Fire Door refurbishment and certification processes
Training and guidance will be provided for the right candidate who wants to move into Fire Door work and build a specialist offering.
Qualified Carpenter / Joiner
Confident working independently on site
Good attention to detail and a professional attitude
Comfortable working in occupied homes and client-facing environments
Holds a valid driving licence (preferred)
Own tools (or willing to build up specialist tools over time)
Nice to have (but not essential):
Previous door or fire door experience
Interest in specialising rather than general “odd jobs”
Experience working to specifications and checklists
Consistent work with a professional, organised business
Opportunity to specialise in Fire Doors (training provided)
